全新晶體驅動器簡化系統設計並減少元件數量

飛利浦半導體台灣區最大代理商-品佳，近日積極推廣銷售Philips多功能PicoGates

邏輯半導體裝置，該產品專為加強晶體振盪器應用系統而設計。全新的

74LVC1GX04晶體驅動器整合無緩衝逆變器(Unbuttered)-74LVC1GU04與驅動器

(inverter)-74LVC1G04的功能在單一邏輯裝置中。不僅可協助工程師減少元件使

用數量、節省主板空間、並加快速產品上市速度。

晶體控制振盪器電路具有優異的頻率穩定性和廣泛的操作頻率範圍，因而被大

量應用於時脈產生器(Clock Generator)。借助74LVC1GX04晶體驅動器，工程師

可獲得更低的功率耗散水平，並在廣泛的頻率和溫度範圍內維持穩定的工作性

能。全新74LVC1GX04的封裝尺寸非常小，特別適用於行動運算、電信、網絡

和汽車應用系統。低功率耗損、低系統成本的優勢，提供了在大量應用系統中
設計重新利用的特性。
